The objective of the Grey River Mouth project was to create a landscape resource for locals and visitors that resolved existing user conflicts and optimises the ecological, recreational and landscape uses of the site The project aimed to create a central hub emphasizing existing user groups, combining resources/facilities. Site planning included toilet facilities, carpark and vehicle circulation, pedestrian and cycle circulation, creation of a breakwater, provide visitor information and wildlife protection.
