Earthwork Landscape Architects were engaged by the Kaikoura District Council to design the spatial layout of a carpark and pedestrian area associated with a proposed lookout. The design was required to cater for a wide range of vehicles including large tourist buses. The site was chosen due to its popular central location which provides expansive view of the Kaikoura Bight
