Earthwork was engaged to provide a scoping report for consultation to provide housing options for those recently displaced due to the Christchurch earthquakes and reinvigorate the Tuahiwi area. The concept and report provided a simple development scenario for discussion and a summary of planning, infrastructure and landscape issues. It serves purely as a starting point for consultation and further discussion on how a development such as that proposed might be achieved.
