Clearwater Residence

A broad terraced lawn and garden frames the view to the lake beyond of this residence on the lakeside of Clearwater.  Screening to the side boundaries emphasises this view-shaft whilst providing privacy to neighbouring properties. A series of outdoor seating areas have been created around the house including a main alfresco area leading down to a pool.  The grand entranceway is framed by planting creating a sense of arrival that emphasises the bold building design.
